Not so great now...the nearest Jessops to me and our camera club was Inverness, now they have closed that shop down which means the only place we can go to for our photography gear is Ffordes which is at Beauly. Ffordes is a fantastic photographic shop and give some great help and advice to their customers. They also put on various things for photographers like workshops and days out trying different makes of camera equipment. www.Ffordes.com

This is a friendly and welcoming photography club where everyone learns from each other. Some members are more experienced than others and are very willing to help out and teach the others. We have meetings every fortnight and we also have outings locally where we can practice our photography. The club also has a facebook page where we can all post our photos and get some useful feedback on them. I have recently came across Andrew Lanxon, a photographer on YouTube. What a fantastic photographer he is too! Not only is a super photographer but he is also a great educator, he is so good at showing you how to take and edit photos to make sure you get the photos you envisioned.
